The answer to that is typically finding out what you are good at and what you enjoy doing. More often than not they are one and the same thing.

It may be a family business and they're being looked to as the individual to carry it on. This is a pleasant idea but if it is not for you, you want to let the people in your own family know. If you do not the two of you are going to suffer in the end. It may be short term discomfort but it is the best for the long term.
