The Different TV Shows That Are On Today

By Stephen Hill

More and more people are finding themselves disillusioned with the programs that are currently on the Television, and are turning the TV off in favor of other forms of entertainment. This is a shame because there are still quite a few entertaining and factual shows on TV today. Here are a few of my favorites.

I love the show called Psych; it is all about a psychic that can help police to solve cases. This in fact is not the case; he is merely somebody that is very quick at spotting thing and also has a photographic memory.

It is one of those shows that allow you to try to solve the case yourself as it progresses. Not in the context that you ring in with the answers, but it leads you on, so that you can try to see if you are right in your assumptions of who is guilty. It gets your brain working as you watch.

ABC shows a program about a so called Super Nanny. In this show she teaches parents how to handle unruly kids.

This woman enters parent's homes and without screaming or punishing the kids tries to get them to calm down and act reasonably. This can be beneficial to kids and parents alike.

There are a lot of factual programs on the television today. What not to wear takes people with absolutely no fashion sense and teaches them how to dress properly to make them feel good about themselves. It shows people how to raise their confidence levels and improve their self esteem.

As we all are to aware, confidence and self esteem can really affect how we live our lives, and can affect how the future will turn out for us.

Some of the shows that I find interesting, but are not child friendly are Law and order, C.S.I (New York, Miami and Las Vegas) and NCIS. These shows show you how the legal system works and how they can solve the crimes. All of which I find interesting.
