There are plenty of characters that visit a funeral. These people may be friends or family members of the departed but a funeral is not interesting without them. These people may provoke you to be happy for a bit. Categorized in this class are the weeping ladies that have to fake weeping to earn a living. They have to squeeze in every one their eyes to make their crying more compelling. There are even individuals who declare that crying ladies can bring good fortune.
What's humorous though is that after their stint, these crying ladies can easily stop crying and you can view them laughing already. Sometimes, they even share laughs with the family of the departed. There are also individuals who went to the wake not to grieve but to munch or take a nap. Seems like these friends or relatives of the departed just have a nose for these funerals due to the free food.
Once the person is at the funeral venue, he instantly proceeds to where the food is and stuff himself with all that he can gobble. Almost instantly, that person will take a nap after he has eaten much. He has eaten much and slept without merely looking or offering a prayer to the dead.
Certainly, there are people who love telling anecdotes about the deceased individual until he has nothing left to share. In this case, he would tell the same stories and laugh at the same jokes to mourners who have not heard of it yet. In no small measure, they help the family members of the deceased forget about the demise of their relative for a while.
