There is a danger in taking life too serious. The act denies one a chance to feel any satisfaction which may even cost them the very meaning of living. People who approach life in this way, risk being slaves of frustration and may not be as resourceful. However, approaching life with an open mind helps one to realize their full potential. Learning institutions should therefore put all mechanisms in place to safeguard university jokes.

A humor-enriched tale makes listeners to laugh. When one is down-trodden and nothing in life seems to make any sense at all, a little laugh does the magic to bring them back. There has never been a better emotions medication beyond laughter. It leaves a person with a long lasting wonderful feeling.

Well, I am not saying that you should laugh anyhow like a crazy person. All I mean is find something interesting, something that can lighten your spirits. It may look like an upside down thinking, to imagine of laughter when the world seems like crumbling.

Whether planned or spontaneous, there must be a precursor for laughing. There are a number of causes that would inject a beam on the face of a character. A joke is indisputably, one of the ingredients of laughter. This could be in form of a fun statement, word or some action intended to trigger an excellent feel from the listener.

There are quite a number of sources of comics. This could be a funny tale from people around us, in the course of an ordinary conversation. Sometimes we are treated to special comedy programs aired on Television. More still, we may be entertained by cartoon series, which are full of interesting stories that may leave viewers cracking their ribs. Universities as well as other learning institutions, have the basic responsibility of nurturing talent and as a result we encounter students that move crowds, with well rehearsed comedies.

Research has found that there are many health benefits of laughter, an output of a joke. It is believed that by laughing, stress hormones are suppressed while activating production of endorphins, which are considered as natural joy medicine of the human body. Laughter is also thought of as an aerobic exercise which aids in the burning of body calories.

As a medication, laughter plays an immunity role in the body by promoting the production of impervious cells and antibodies which shield a person against contamination. A happy person, according to medical research is immune from problems of blood pressure.

Research has revealed that, besides improving the entire body health, joy and sense of well-being, laughter increases human life expectancy. A study by the University of Chicago has shown that having an enormous sense of humor can increase life span by 8 years.

All Work with no play makes Jack a dull boy. There should be sponsored campaigns to foster university jokes aimed at encouraging learners to strike a balance between books and social life. The education system should mould all round citizens. For a human brain to function effectively, there is need for a break from serious business. A refreshed brain is capable of new ideas that are necessary for innovation and creativeness which is required in the market industry.
