I would like to speak to today about working on some of the social topics that you're dealing with on a day-to-day basis. When you think about social topics, what comes into your mind?
Social topics are something that needs to be healed in a balanced manner for it to be successful in your own life. This can bring about many different issues for many people, so it all depends on how it responds in your own life.
When you're working with this type of issue in your life you have to balance things out on a mind - body - spiritual level for it to be completed. Many people do not know where to start, as it can be very frustrating if you're first starting out with this type of work.
The key to all of this type of work is balance - you read that right I said balance! For this type of work, how do you relate this in your own life for a social topic issue? How do these things to in a harmonious way? You have to make sure that one does not outshine the other.
If you think about the word balance, most people can give a visualization aid of a scale in their mind. When you think about this for your social topics, imagine a four pronged scale. Each one of the sides is going to represent a different area that has to be balanced out.
Now for each of these different areas, we are now going to label them. For the first area we are going to call this the physical concerns. The second area is going to be the emotional concerns, the third is going to be the mental problems, and the last one is going to be the spiritual connections for healing issues.
Visualization is something that helps many people with working on healing the social topics that they are faced with. Now that you have a skill in front of you for all of these issues, take a look at this and see what is out of balance. Is one side being way down more and getting more attention while possibly another side is being a little bit more neglected?

Everything in our life requires maintenance if you think about it, we have to maintain our cars, we have to maintain our physical health, there is maintenance required in many different areas. So remember to incorporate maintenance healing as well for your social topic issues.
